I have written to the Maison A. Frank for my royalties. The new proprietor, M. Vieweg, directed me to you as the successor of M. Frank.[1] Will you please hand over to M. Paul Lafargue, bearer of this letter, my share of the proceeds from the sale of my brochure Philosophie de la misère etc. contre M. Proudhon due to me at the moment when M. Frank or the House of M. Frank were disposed of.
