Dear Friend,
Today I am sending you
1. registered, your manuscript of the translation of Wage Labour and Capital,[1]
2. corrected proofs of the new edition[2] separately by book post,
3. Labriola's letter enclosed herewith.
I'm busy revising the new edition of the Origin of the Family, etc. which will have numerous additions.
A new, complete edition of Wage Labour and Capital[3] will follow as soon as I have got one. The principal additions are marked in pencil on the proofs.
I trust you are getting on all right in Bergamo; l'è una bella città, la conossi — l'ha appresi di parla / Meneghin, lu?"[4] Saludi
